Social-work integration pathways for unaccompanied minors and young migrants




The objective of the "Pathways" intervention is the creation of integrated social and labor insertion pathways aimed at unaccompanied minors, including holders or applicants for international protection, in transition to adulthood and young migrants who have entered Italy. as unaccompanied minors.

The socio-work integration paths are based on the instrument of the "individual dowry", with which - together with a monetary endowment - the provision of a series of support services for the enhancement and development of skills, social insertion is guaranteed. -working and accompaniment towards autonomy (on-the-job training, internship), through the construction of personalized intervention plans.

The territorial scope of the intervention is the national one.

Recipients
  • Unaccompanied minors in the transition phase into adulthood, who at the time of the internship start have reached the age of 16 and are in a condition of unemployment or unemployment;
  • Young migrants, who entered as unaccompanied minors, who have not reached the age of 23 at the start date of the internship, including applicants and holders of humanitarian or international protection, in conditions of employment or unemployment.
Percorsi was financed by the European Social Fund - PON Inclusion for about 11.7 million euros.
